Chelsea has a ten-piece, all-porcelain, poseable body with hand-painted green eyes and a strawberry blond, natural mohair wig. She is approximately 12 inches in length.

Her costume is made of ecru Swiss cotton netting and ecru French laces. Her hat is hand-made by the artist from cream/ecru straw and is trimmed with vintage netting, Swarovski crystals, and pink velvet forget-me-nots. She also has a silk ribbon sash and pale pink leather shoes.

Chelsea holds a tiny, all-porcelain doll made by Karen from a mold taken from a vintage doll.
