Elizabeth's face sculpt was inspired by a Victorian painting. She has a ten-piece, all-porcelain, poseable body, and is approximately 12 inches in length. She has hand-painted blue eyes and a dark brown, natural mohair wig.

Her costume is made of soft white cotton netting with soft white French laces. Her hat is of the same netting and laces plus it is trimmed with vintage velvet flowers and Swarovski crystals. Her pale blue leather slippers are tied with silk ribbons.

Elizabeth's companion is a little hand-made, jointed teddy bear made by Karen from her own original pattern.
