The body is made out of cotton covering a metal wire structure. The wig is made from human hair. The eyes are so realistic as they are hand-painted.
She wears a handmade silk dress with matching ribbons for her hair. She wears a coordinated hand-knitted sweater and bootie set. She also comes with Ella's trademark crocheted detachable collar.
