Simonetta is dressed in a silk cotton batiste dress with a smocked and hand-embroidered Nottingham lace shawl collar and matching sleeves. Her Petticoat and bloomers are made from cotton batiste and Nottingham lace. Her dress is embroidered with single roses on top of each scallop. She is wearing white and cream leather shoes. Her Auburn hair compliments her painted eyes.

Simonetta's special friend is Que Que, made from alpaca mohair. He is wearing a wool vest with gold trim and a matching hat. He sits on his own special stand, and he has a fine gold chain around his leg which Simonetta holds onto.
